日常辐照加工中经常会需要根据设定的参数理论计算一下辐照的剂量,或根据剂量进行辐照参数设定。剂量和参数之间的关系,即剂量计算公式为:
D=K*I/V/SW
D:吸收剂量,单位kGy; K:系数,常数;I:电子束束流,单位mA;V:束下传送速度,单位m/min;SW:扫描宽度,单位m。
公式当中,有3个变量:I、V和SW。这三个参数是辐照过程中影响剂量大小的关键因数,他们一般都可以在加速器的控制界面上进行设置。因为他们是影响剂量大小的关键因素,所以一般需要进行定期的确认,以确保设定值和实际输出值的一致性。
从公式上看,剂量分别和I 、1/V和1/SW成正比关系。K值的获得一般可以通过多点剂量测试获得。方法请参考下面的表格或下载Excel文件。我们将3个变量中的2个固定,就可以得到第三个变量和剂量之间的关系,从而算出对应的K值。测试结果表面,对应3个变量的K值差异不大,可以通过取平均值的方式获得一个共用的K值。
我们都知道,电子束辐照区域内不同位置、不同高度位置的测得的剂量通常是不一样的,尤其是不同高度位置。所以我们获得的K值和测试中剂量计摆放的位置是有一定的关系,常用的有产品表面剂量K值,比如辐照片材的装置上用到的K值;模体剂量计算K值,如果我们用校准模体作为监控剂量计位置的话;某个剂量监控位置的剂量计算K值等等。如果我们需要对某个位置的剂量进行理论计算,我们就需要用剂量计来获得这个位置的剂量计算K值。具体选哪个,就看您是派什么用场的了。
在测试之前,我们需要预先准备好一套经过恰当校准的剂量测量系统,对加速器来说,薄膜剂量计是最好的选择,因为加速器的穿透能力问题,薄膜剂量计相对具有更好的测量重现性。低能加速器更应该选择厚度小的薄膜剂量计,比如GEX-B3薄膜剂量计,该剂量计厚度在18微米左右。产品是国内市场上唯一通过国家质检总局型式批准的进口品牌辐照剂量测量的剂量计。

说明:
1. 每个剂量值都是用相同辐照参数获得的多组测量结果的平均值;
2. 加速器辐照时,为了达到运转的最高效率,通常将电子束的束流开到最大,而通过束下传输速度来调节产品的吸收剂量,如果这样的话,上面的例子选用 K=10.39 就显得更合理了;
3. 如果实际辐照加工中扫描宽度也会随产品尺寸发生变化,那么,选择常用的不同的扫描宽度设置值,分别使用变传输速度方式测得相应的K值,再取这些K值计算它们的平均值,选用该平均值作为日常剂量计算的K值或PCS软件系统的剂量计算设定K值,具体K值的获取可以通过该方法根据实际情况灵活选择;
4. 从上面的测试结果看,K值最小值为10.36,最大为10.81,偏差约为+/-2%。
